Our project Women's Football and the Home Front was created in collaboration with the East End Women's Museum. The exhibition showcases the evolution of women's football in relation to political and cultural progress in society. Over time, female players went from being treated as objects of ridicule at the hands of journalists, to being viewed as professional sportswomen today.
